Q: What can I expect in my first session?
A: In your first session, we move directly into the work — using the modality chosen from your Discovery Call or intake form. There’s no waiting period; we begin the process of release, clarity, and transformation right from the start.Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Most individual sessions are 60 minutes, though I also offer shorter clarity sessions (45 minutes) and extended deep dives (90 minutes). Packages of 4 or 6 sessions allow for deeper, ongoing transformation.Q: How do I book a session?

Q: What is Hypnotherapy?
A: Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness that allows us to work directly with your subconscious mind — where habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns live. It’s completely safe and you remain in control at all times.Q: Will I be asleep or under someone else’s control?
A: No. You’ll be aware and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is simply a guided state of relaxation and focus, similar to meditation, that helps bypass the critical mind so positive change can take root more easily. -
Q: What is EFT Tapping?
A: EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful focus on emotions or thoughts. It helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and release limiting beliefs or emotional blocks.Q: Does it really work online?
A: Yes! EFT and Hypnotherapy are equally effective virtually. Many clients find online sessions even more comfortable in their own space. -
Q: What is Breathwork and what style of Breathwork do I use in my sessions?
A: The Breathwork I use is a powerful, guided breathing technique designed to release stress, emotions, and old energy stored in the body. We use a conscious, circular breathing pattern—a rhythm of active inhales and relaxed exhale through the mouth—to calm the mind, awaken the body, and create space for deep emotional release and clarity.You’ll be guided through a curated musical journey that mirrors the energy of the breath, helping you move from tension to release, and from release to profound calm. Many clients describe it as a full reset for the mind, body, and soul.
Each session is held in a safe, supportive environment where you remain in full control of your experience. Whether you’re seeking to reduce stress, reconnect with your purpose, or simply feel lighter and more present, Breathwork is a transformative tool to come home to yourself.

Q: Are there any contraindications for Breathwork?
A: While Breathwork is safe and beneficial for most people, it can create strong physical and emotional sensations. For this reason, it may not be recommended for individuals with certain medical or mental health conditions unless cleared by their physician.Please consult your doctor before participating if you have or have experienced any of the following:
Cardiovascular conditions (including uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm)
Epilepsy or a history of seizures
Retinal detachment or serious glaucoma
Recent surgery, physical trauma, or major injury
Pregnancy (without medical approval)
Severe osteoporosis
Diagnosed psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis
Use of heavy medication affecting the cardiovascular, respiratory, or nervous system

Q: What is Time Line Therapy®?
A: Time Line Therapy® is a powerful process that helps you release stored negative emotions and limiting beliefs from the unconscious mind. By working with the mind’s natural way of perceiving time, we can let go of emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt—often referred to as the “big five.”Through gentle, guided techniques, you’ll revisit and reframe past experiences, extract the lessons, and free yourself from the emotional charge that’s been holding you back. This allows you to feel lighter, clearer, and more present in your day-to-day life.
Q: How does a Time Line Therapy® session work?
A: Each session is fully guided and takes place in a safe, comfortable environment. You’ll be invited to relax, close your eyes, and imagine your personal time line—how your unconscious mind organizes your past and future. Together, we follow that line to locate and release old emotional energy, then install positive learnings and future goals.Most clients experience a noticeable sense of relief and calm after their first session, as though years of emotional weight have lifted.

A: Time Line Therapy® works best as a four-session series.Sessions 1–2 focus on releasing the five core emotions
